	:I wouldn't worry about finding all that information for the wiki, as it would be a never-ending task. This is information that changes every day, so gathering it at one point in time would be next to meaningless. It would be much better to have the answer book tell PFs ''how'' to find that info. 		+	::Ya I get that telling them how to find it is really good - I am just challenging the requirement's wisdom/logic and/or seeking a way to find the information easily - which I think means calling/emailing multiple conferences to complete the honor. 	I do not believe the District of Columbia belongs here. The honor specifically deals with those territories which have been deemed states (have a star on the flag, represented in the Senate, etc.). If the District of Columbia is included, we might as well include Puerto Rico, Guam and the Virgin Islands. None of these are states and the honor deals specifically with states. While D.C. is inside the continental U.S. and is the capital of the country, it still does not qualify as a state.
