Rangers nearly complete the AY Honor Hiking Honor requirements. If you did not earn the Hiking Honor already as a Ranger, this is a good Voyager choice.
Another good choice is AY Honor Camp Craft as it has a lot of overlap with AY Honor Fire Building & Camp Cookery, and if the Voyager candidate has been in Pathfinders for a while, he or she probably already has the Camping Skills honors.
For a greater challenge, AY Honor Backpacking and AY Honor Winter Camping are both good options.
