Procedimiento

6 cucharitas de aceite de cocinar
3 cucharitas de agua helada
½ cucharita de sal
1 taza de harina no blanqueada
½ taza de harina de trigo integral

Combinar los ingrdeientes y mezclar bien.
Extienda la masa en una hoja delgada, alrededor de ¼ de pulgada de espesor.
Coloque la masa sobre una bandeja de horno
Hornear a 250°F
